Managing vehicles
Add vehicles to your fleet, enter specifications, and edit or remove entries.
Viewing the Vehicle List
The Vehicles tab on the left navigation panel lets you manage vehicles used by the calculator and view each vehicle's specifications in a table.
You can filter vehicles by their make, model, year, and type, by searching in the search bar.
You can sort vehicles by any specification in alphabetical or numerical order by clicking on the double-arrow icon to the left of each specification name.
Adding or editing vehicles
To add vehicles, click + Add vehicle in the top right corner of the Vehicles page.
The New Vehicle panel opens on the right. Fill in the required fields.
To edit a vehicle, select the vehicle in the list to edit its details, then click Save to update it.
To remove a vehicle, select the vehicle then scroll to the bottom and click Delete on the bottom left, then confirm.
Vehicle specifications
The vehicle specifications required for a vehicle vary by state but commonly include the following:

| Vehicle Type | Sedan | Category based on design, shape, and space. |
| Electric Vehicle Type | HEV | Type of electric vehicle if applicable (HEV, BEV, PHEV, FCEV). |
| CO2 Emissions Combined | 166 | Overall carbon dioxide emissions (g/km). |
| Combined Fuel Consumption | 7.3 | Combined fuel consumption for highway and city driving. |
| Cylinders | 4 | Number of pistons in the engine. |
| Engine Size | 1996 | Total cylinder volume in cubic centimetres (cc). |
| Kerb weight | 2100 | Unladen mass including equipment at ~90% fuel and full other fluids (kg). |
| Tare weight | 1590 | Mass with standard equipment, unoccupied, 10L fuel, full other fluids (kg). |
| Gross Vehicle Mass | 2500 | Total weight including fuel, fluids, passengers, and cargo (kg). |
| Seats | 5 | Number of seats in the vehicle. |
