1. About This Service

Gradient DAPC is a vehicle pricing and driveaway price estimation service provided by Gradient Information Systems Pty. Ltd. ("Gradient", "we", "us", or "our"). This service provides indicative pricing estimates and vehicle specifications based on publicly available information. It is offered for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or a formal quote.

2. Data Sources and Accuracy

The information provided on this site includes technical vehicle data such as specifications and pricing estimates, gathered from a variety of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and third-party sources. While we make reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of this data, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free from errors. This information is presented for general informational purposes only. Brand names and trademarks are used solely for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Nature of Estimates

All pricing estimates are indicative only and do not represent a formal quote, offer, or binding agreement. Final driveaway pricing may vary depending on dealer pricing, optional extras, taxes, delivery fees, and local regulations. Users should confirm all pricing directly with a licensed dealer or relevant registration authority.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for independently verifying all specifications, pricing, and related information before making decisions. We recommend obtaining official quotes or advice from manufacturers, dealers, or relevant authorities before taking action based on the information provided on this site.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or accurate at all times.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Where permitted by law, and subject to the foregoing, our liability in connection with the Service is limited to the resupply of the Service or the payment of the cost of having the Service resupplied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gradient excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of this website or reliance on the information provided. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, layout, and logos, is the property of Gradient or its licensors. All trademarks and vehicle brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without written permission.

9. Data Use and Access Restrictions

Without limiting any other provision of these terms, you agree that you will not use the Service in a way that, in Gradient's reasonable opinion, exceeds fair use, including (without limitation) by reference to:

  • the number or frequency of calculations or estimates you generate through the Service from time to time; and
  • the number of users you invite to participate in an organisation (or similar collaborative arrangement) on the Service,

What constitutes fair use may vary depending on the Usage Factors, your subscription or plan (if any), industry practice, and other circumstances.
